What is your delivery time and rates for UK?
The standard delivery time is usually 2 to 5 working days. We also offer next day delivery service on almost all products. The standard delivery rate is currently £3.50 regardless of number of items and rate for next day delivery is £9.50.
Do you have any outlet?
No, we do not have any outlet. We are internet only traders and all our orders are dispatched directly from our warehouse. Instead of investing in outlet we have invested in this website so that we can offer competitive prices to our customers.
What is your Shipping Policy?
Orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days depending on the delivery method and assuming stock is available. For complete shipping policy please click here
Is there any warranty of your products?
All our products are from reputable manufacturers and carry full manufacturer warranty.
How do I know that the order has been accepted and will be dispatched?
An Order Confirmation email will be sent to you immediately after you place an order. Once the order is dispatched you would get another email which normally contains the tracking reference and link to track the delivery. There is no need to worry, if you don’t get a tracking reference as it’s not always possible.
Can I cancel my order after I have been charged?
Yes. We don’t charge you unless the item you ordered has left our warehouse, so if you cancel your order before we dispatch the goods then we would simply cancel the order and you won’t be charged.
If the item has left our warehouse then we would have to charge you and cancel the order once we receive the goods back. In this case you would be liable to pay for delivery charges (plus a restocking fee for certain items).
What is the time taken for refunds?
After we have received all the ordered items back in good shape, you would be refunded within one business day.
What to do if the item you receive is defective?
If there is any problem with the item you ordered, please contact us and we would advise you what to do next.
What is the process after adding items to the shopping basket?
You can view the contents of your shopping basket by going to the Shopping basket here. You can then advance to the checkout and follow the page instructions.
Do you accept credit / debit cards?
Yes, we accept all Major UK credit / debit cards. You can also pay by Google Checkout.
Do you deliver outside UK?
We do not currently accept international orders. We only deliver to UK.

Can I choose a different delivery address, to my work for example?
Yes, we deliver to a different address but we may have to contact you for security reasons.
What happens if no one is at delivery address?
If there is no one available to collect the delivery, the courier normally leaves a card advising you what to do next.
Can I pay by cheque?
Sorry, we don’t accept cheque.
