So what is included?
A dedicated phone (0161 8800400) help from 4:30 PM to 6:30 PM (Mon to Fri).
If there is a fault in hardware and the laptop is in warranty, then you can simply send it to manufacturer (or call us). If there is a fault in software or we cannot help you fix it over the phone, you can simply send us the laptop and we would fix it for FREE. All you have to do is, pay us for shipping the laptop back to you.
